SEEDPAPER CARD INSTRUCTIONS

First of all, thank you for choosing to buy from our small business, it really does mean the world to us.
A bit about the cards. Each card is made from recycled paper and has wildflower seeds inside them to be planted.

Step 1: Moisten the growth card

Start by making the card thoroughly wet. You can do this by soaking the card in water. This helps the seeds inside the card to have  more to germinate.

Step 2: Find a good spot
Place the card in soil, but before hand, tear the card up, cover with soil, this can be done indoors in a pot or outside in the garden. It is better to use potting soil or seed starting soil.

Step 3: Time to plant
Cover the card with about 1 to 1,5cm of soil. This gives the seeds enough light, protection and nutrients to germinate. If the layer of soil is to thick, the seeds may struggle to sprout – or may even not sprout at all.

Step 4: Water
After planting the card, water it a little everyday at first. Make sure the soil stays moist.

Step 5: A little love & patience
Now it’s time to wait. Make sure your pot is in a light and warm spot, but be careful, If it’s in direct sunlight, the paper can dry out, which can prevent the seeds from germinating. So keep the soil moist.

Please note that germination of these seeds can take up to 8 weeks to germinate.

And than just be patient and wait, your flowers will grow.
